Cancellations
You can cancel an order from your account (or the order link in your email) before it is shipped. Paid orders are refunded in full to the original payment method.
Returns & exchanges
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery from your order page. Items must be unused, in original condition, with the lab certificate and packaging. Customised or resized items may not be returnable.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we refund online payments to the original payment method (usually within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank). Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer/UPI.
