Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours after the energization ritual. Customised items may take longer; we will tell you if so.
Delivery
We deliver across India by insured express courier, usually within 2–4 working days of dispatch. Delivery charges and Cash on Delivery availability are shown at checkout for your pincode.
Tracking
You will receive the courier name and tracking number by email when your order ships. You can also track your order from your account or the link in your confirmation email.
Damaged or missing parcels
All shipments are insured. If a parcel arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours.
