When you place an order, book a consultation, create an account or subscribe to our newsletter we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone number, delivery address and, for consultations, your birth date, time and place.
How we use it
- To process and deliver orders and send order updates.
- To schedule and conduct consultations.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To send newsletters if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time).
Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to run the store (payment gateway, couriers, email provider) and when required by law. We never sell your data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for your cart, sign-in and security. If analytics is enabled we use Google Analytics to understand site usage.
Your rights
You can view and update your details in your account, or contact us at support@soubhagya.in to request access, correction or deletion.
